Poorly made Chinese jewelry

I purchased this piece as a gift for my wife for Christmas. I assumed it was made in the USA but after receiving tracking i discovered it was coming from mainland china.

The quality of the necklace was obviously poor from the moment i received it. It was also obvious that it was not made from sterling silver either. I tested it with a acid test kit to confirm this suspicion. Shortly after presenting it to my wife and profusely apologizing for the lack of thoughtfulness it broke the following day when she was taking it off. The chain which is also not sterling silver broke several links and are too fine to repair.

I attempted several times to contact the company and tried to resolve this issue but never received a response. I ended up having to file a dispute with my card issuer where they finally did reply, only to ignore the issues raised in my review and simply provided proof of delivery (the issue wasn’t delivery. It was poor craftsmanship if you havent read my review)

I would recommend finding a more reputable dealer to purchase jewelry from, you will be disappointed in this company’s quality
